6 week Class series Age Group: Elementary kids Where: The Portland Montessori School Auxiliary Program Dates: Fridays, September 12-October 24 2014: 9/12,9/19,9/26,10/3,10/17,10/24 Times: 3:15-4:30 pm Cost: $110 includes all materials Max. group size: 8 students PLEASE NOTE: This class can be taken by non-Montessori students! Children will learn and take away these tools: • Visual Thinking • Illustration • Creative Writing starts • Doodle writing • Messy writing • Observation skills • Fun and creative ways to combine Art and Writing This class is great for students who are eager to create their own illustrated stories. Every student has a personal style of observing, processing and expressing their stories. We will be working as a group and as individuals and honing observation and Visual Thinking Strategies. |
