World Heritage Sites: A collection of paintings
A few years ago I had the vision of creating a series of large scale architectural drawings about ancient buildings and structures. This grew out of my love for architecture, art and ancient cultures. I discovered that the buildings I was particularly interested in belong to a category of building called archeoastronomy. These are buildings that are designed to reflect the night sky and are aligned with the heavens, the rising and setting of planets and stars. I have worked steadily on making this vision come to life. I have visited several of these structures and experienced them first hand. This last summer I was so lucky to visit the ancient city of Teotihuacan in Mexico.
This collection of paintings visits sites from around the world, celebrating each cultures unique heritage of myths, architecture, mural paintings, flora and fauna. These sites are also listed on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites and are being protected and preserved.

MUSE-EOS. Collection of digital art
The Muse collection is the result of a vision quest and inspired by a painting of my favorite Dutch painter and Eos, the Greek goddess.
It started with an invite to create a work of art for the World Muse conference in Bend, Oregon. The World Muse mission is to inspire social change for women and girls. Visit the Muse collection here. 'Rise with Love' 14" x 14" |
