The beautiful Goddess Potnia is coming alive again after being buried in Akrotiri under volcanic ashes for over 3000 years.

This painting is created by intertwining and overlapping several mural paintings found during the excavations in Akrotiri. She is part of my Unesco World Heritage Site series.
